SEARCH WARRANTS BEING EXECUTED IN BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA




The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) confirms that members of her Office are in the process of executing search warrants issued at her request by a Judge of the ICTY at several locations in Siroki Brijeg, Mostar and Vitez. The purpose of these warrants is to collect documents related to on-going investigations and trials.


This operation is being conducted with the cooperation of the local authorities, SFOR and the IPTF (International Police Task Force).
