ALEKSOVSKI JUDGMENT ON 7 MAY 1999

On 5 May 1999, Judge Almiro Simoes Rodrigues, Presiding Judge of Trial Chamber I bis (further comprised of Judges Vohrah and Nieto Navia) issued an Order in the case The Prosecutor v. Zlatko Aleksovski, stating that "the Judges of the Trial Chamber deem that at this stage of their deliberations it is important to convene a hearing in the presence of the accused,
the Prosecution and Defence counsel as quickly as possible so that they may pronounce their Judgment".

For this reason Judge Rodrigues ordered that the parties appear before the Trial Chamber on Friday 7 May 1999 at 9.00 am at a public hearing. The hearing will take place in Courtroom I.
