MILOSEVIC CASE: OMNIBUS ORDER ON MATTERS DEALT WITH AT THE PRE-DEFENCE CONFERENCE


Please be informed that Trial Chamber III, consisting of Judge Robinson, Presiding, Judge Kwon and Judge Bonomy, issued an omnibus order after the Pre-Defence Conference in The Prosecutor v. Slobodan Milosevic on Thursday, 17 June 2004.


In this order the Trial Chamber considered that "the Trial Chamber made a number of orders during the course of the Pre-Defence Conference and that it is appropriate to set these out in a written Order".
