MILOSEVIC CASE:


TRIAL TO RESUME ON TUESDAY 9 NOVEMBER 2004




Today, 22 October 2004, Judge Robinson, presiding Judge in The Prosecutor v. Slobodan Milosevic, ordered that the trial will continue on Tuesday, 9 November 2004 at 9 a.m. in Courtroom I.


In its Decision, the Trial Chamber noted ‘the "Confidential Update to Inform the Trial Chamber of Developments in the Defence Case with Confidential Annexes A and B", filed by court assigned counsel on 21 October 2004, in which counsel state that they have no witnesses available to testify in the week of 26 to 28 October 2004," and that the "Trial Chamber had already
scheduled the week commencing 1 November 2004 as a non-sitting week
