DECISION IN RAJIC CASE RULE 61 HEARING POSTPONED


Please note that the announcement of the decision of Trial Chamber II following the Rule 61 proceedings in the RAJIC case, due to take place on Thursday 2 May 1996, has been postponed.


The Prosecutor has requested and has been granted a delay in order to submit additional evidence on the issue of the existence of an international armed conflict.


Please also note that the final pre-trial conference in the TADIC Case will take place on Friday 3 May 1996 at 10 a.m.


This will be a short public session.
