TADIC CASE:

POSTPONED TO LATE APRIL

hearing.

The contempt proceedings hearing is currently scheduled to resume on 26 April 1999 and last until the 29 April 1999. However, the Appeals Chamber will issue around 12 April 1999 an Order reviewing the situation and fixing a final date.
