Good afternoon,

You should have seen the press releases we put
out yesterday on the Plea Agreement in The Prosecutor

decisions for Mico Stanisic, Radivoje Miletic and
Milan Gvero.

I would also like to remind you that the Appeals

Furthermore, there will be a hearing in The Prosecutor
v. Mejakic, Gruban, Fustar and Knezevic

defence counsel, in order for the Referral Bench
to deliver its Decision on the Prosecution's Motion

You will recall that there are currently five Prosecution

This is the last press briefing before the summer
recess. We plan to hold the next briefing on Wednesday
17 August, unless events dictate otherwise. The Media
Office will be open and in operation throughout the
recess period, so please do not hesitate to contact
us if you need our assistance.

The list of documents will be distributed slightly
later today.

Office of the Prosecutor:

Florence Hartmann, Spokesperson for the Office of
the Prosecutor, made the following statement:

I would also like to remind you that during the
summer recess the Office of the Prosecutor will not
close its doors. Ten fugitives are still at large,
in fact on 24 July 2005 it will have been 10 years
since the first indictment against Ratko Mladic & Radovan
Karadzic was issued. Gotovina is also still at large.

No Questions.
