The Tribunal joins the UN Secretariat in paying its respects to colleagues who have lost their lives while performing their duties, including staff from the UN agencies, funds and programmes.
The Annual Memorial Service will honour staff members who lost their lives in the line of duty between 1 January 2015 and 30 June 2016, and will take place today from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in the Trusteeship Council Chamber of the UN Secretariat in New York. The service will be broadcast live via webcast at http://webtv.un.org.
The Memorial Service has been held annually since 2011 and offers a solemn opportunity to honour our colleagues and reflect upon their legacies.
