DJUKIC AND KRSMANOVIC CASES
At their request, General Djukic and Colonel Krsmanovic will be assisted by assigned counsel.
In consultation with each of the two suspects, the Tribunal's Registry made the following decision :
1) General Djukic will be assisted by Mr. Toma FILA, barrister in Belgrade; 2) Colonel Krsmanovic will be assisted by Prof. Jan SJÖCRONA, of the law firm "Sjöcrona, Van Stigt De Roos & Pen" in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
TADIC CASE
Please be informed that the definite date for the Tadic trial has been set for 7 May 1996 at 10.00 a.m.
