Questions:

A journalist asked what happened to Jelena Rašic, the case manager for the Milan Lukić Defence team and whether charges will be brought against her for contempt of court in view of the plea agreement of Zuhdija Tabaković. Nerma Jelačić responded that it was her understanding that Ms Rašić had stopped working as a case manager on the case. She added that the Tribunal cannot announce in advance potential investigations or possible charges of contempt.
