             Jim Landale, Spokesman for Registry and Chambers, made the followingstatement:
 Good afternoon,  
 As you will all nowbe aware, proceedings in the Milosevic trial were cancelled today
 due to the accused’s ill-health. A medical report is due to be submitted
 to the Judges in the course of the day and they will then take a
 decision as to what the next step will be based on that. We will
 of course keep you informed once we hear.
 
 
 With regard tothe court schedule and in addition to the ongoing trials
 
 I understand that the Appeal Judgement in TheProsecutor v. Mitar Vasiljevic will be rendered next Wednesday,
 25 February, at 2.15 p.m. You are all invited to attend.
 
 On 16 February, the Appeals Chamber ordered thatthe hearing on appeal in The Prosecutor v. Kvocka, Radic, Zigic
 and Prcac commence on 23 March 2004.
 
 There will be a statusconference in The Prosecutor v. Sefer Halilovic before the
 Pre-Appeal Judge on 7 April, starting at 3 p.m.
