 Good afternoon,  
 There will be a Plenary Sessionof the Judges of the Tribunal this afternoon and possibly tomorrow.
 We will keep you informed of any developments that might arise from
 the Session.
 
 I would like to remind you thatthe Appeals Judgement in The Prosecutor v. Tihomir Blaskic will
 be rendered tomorrow 29 July at 9 a.m. in Courtroom I. You are all
 welcome to attend.
 
 We have also received the ‘ProsecutionSubmission in Response to the Trial Chamber’s 19 July 2004 "Further
 Order on Future Conduct of the Trial"’, the ‘Prosecution
 Submission in Response to the Trial Chamber’s 21 July 2004 "Further
 Order on Future Conduct of the Trial Relating to Severance of One
 or More Indictments"’, and the Amici Curiae’s submissions
 on the same subject.
 
 Copies of these have already been made for youand will be available after this briefing.
 
 As the summer recess is almostupon us, this will be the last scheduled press briefing until 1
 September. Needless to say, the Press Office will of course be staffed
 and open throughout the recess period.

 Florence Hartmann for the Officeof the Prosecutor announced that she would be on leave from 6 August
 2004.

 Asked whether he had any informationon hearings for the last week of August, Landale answered that the
 Krajisnik trial was scheduled to restart in the afternoon of 30
 August. The Milosevic trial was scheduled to restart the following
 day, he added.
