 Jim Landale, Spokesman for Registry and Chambers,made the following statement:
 
 Good afternoon,  
 As we announced yesterday, theinitial appearance of Vinko Pandurevic will be held
 tomorrow at 2.15 p.m. in Courtroom I before Judge
 Antonetti.
 
 The further initial appearanceof Radivoje Miletic has also been scheduled for
 tomorrow at 4 p.m. again in Courtroom I.
 
 The initial appearance of LjubeBoskoski will be held on Friday at 2.15 p.m. in
 Courtroom I before Judge Agius.
 
 The further initial appearanceof Ljubisa Beara has been scheduled for 4 p.m. on
 5 April in Courtroom II.
 
 The appeal hearing in The Prosecutorv. Milan Babic has been scheduled for Monday
 25 April 2005, starting at 10 a.m.
 
 The appeal hearing in The Prosecutorv. Miodrag Jokic has been scheduled for 26 April,
 starting at 9.30 a.m.
 
 There will be status conferencesin The Prosecutor v. Miroslav Deronjic this
 afternoon at 2.30 p.m. in Courtroom II; in The
 Prosecutor v. Momir Nikolic tomorrow at 2.15
 p.m. also in Courtroom II; in The Prosecutor
 v. Milutinovic, Sainovic and Ojdanic on 14 April
 at 3 p.m.; and in The Prosecutor v. Slobodan
 Milosevic on 15 April at 3 p.m. in Courtroom
 I.
 
 This last status conference inthe Milosevic case will be to review the progress
 of the Defence case.
 
 Next week, proceedings will continuein the Krajisnik, Milosevic, Oric, Limaj and others,
 Hadzihasanovic and Kubura and Halilovic cases.

 Florence Hartmann for the Officeof the Prosecutor made no statement.
 
 Questions: 
 Asked to comment on repeated claimsin the Serbian press that the accused Borovnica
 was dead, Hartmann replied that the OTP was aware
 of this and had received the death certificate but
 still had to check some information indicating that
 the accused could still be alive.
